Photo of 3 Ceramic Sangria Pitchers

A fun batch of sangria pitchers recently arrived to fill up our windows and remind us there is more than one way to enjoy the summer’s fruit bounty. Now some of you may already know this but sangria doesn’t have to be red. For example, The Spanish Table’s Peaches and Cherries Sangria is made with white wine (see page 196 of The Spanish Table Cookbook). The most frequent question I get is “Which lemon-lime soda do I use?” My answer is for a truly authentic Spanish flavor try the sodas we sell at the store: La Casera or Kas Limon.
